Intention

  • Mindfully prepare for peak pose, Eka Pada Galavasana (Flying Pigeon) or Parsva Bhuja Dandasana (Dragonfly or Grasshopper Pose).
  • Invite presence during the “in-between” space by employing unique transitions.
  • Guide the body fluidly from one shape into the next in alignment with the breath.
  • Use variations of Eka Pada Malasana (One Legged Squat) and Marichyasana as a creative way to move from the front of the mat, to the back and around the sides, requiring focus and attention.
